We can understand that from time-to-time situations can arise from transactions like for the sale and transfer of goods and services. We make sure any complaints or misunderstandings are handled quickly and professionally so as to avoid any further delay. The broker is always kept informed.

If the case is that the buyer rejects the commodity, they will have the sellers contact information available to initiate the return. The Buyer would have 10 business days to return the rejected merchandise to the Seller. Seller then has a 5-day inspection period to inspect the merchandise.

Based on the returned merchandised and how the Seller accepts it, the Buyer is refunded the original amount of money secured less the escrow fees and any shipping fees. The Broker fee will not be paid because the transaction was not a success unless it is stated within the escrow agreement.

If there is a case of cancellation after receiving money or after rejecting the merchandise, the Buyer is responsible for the escrow fee regardless of whomever is set up to pay the fee, either Buyer, Seller or Broker.
